With 25 years of private practice in large law firms, and then serving as the client while acting as the general counsel of a public company, I understand what it is like to be the client and how to provide best-in-class client service. I bring to my clients the depth of experience needed to address today’s legal issues and I strive to provide fee structures that are cost-effective and designed to meet client expectations.

I offer a variety of fee structures depending on the nature of the engagement, from the standard hourly rate to contingency fees in particular types of litigation, and flat fees on a per-project basis.

I also offer concierge legal representation to the middle market – it is like having your own part-time general counsel.  For that type of engagement, I offer a monthly flat fee retainer based on a budgeted number of hours. I also offer to embed in the client office to provide the client and its team with greater access to legal counsel and the opportunity for me to learn more about the client’s operations.  This type of engagement offers focused legal services committed to knowing the client’s business, priorities and strategies in order to provide custom-tailored representation.
